Challenge
The client's previous site was slow, English-only and invisible on Google — while most of their customers searched in Arabic. Enquiries arrived by phone during office hours or not at all, so anyone deciding at night had nowhere to go. The site had also been built as an English layout with Arabic dropped in, which is why the earlier translation attempt was abandoned.
Solution
A ground-up rebuild: bilingual architecture with RTL, a booking flow connected to WhatsApp, and technical SEO for Arabic and English queries. Direction was treated as a layout property rather than a stylesheet patch, so the Arabic version mirrors properly instead of flipping text inside an English grid. The booking flow was kept to the fields a first enquiry actually needs, and hands off to WhatsApp because that is where the client's customers already reply. Each language has its own indexable URLs, so the two versions compete for their own searches rather than against each other.
Result
Page-one visibility for core Arabic keywords and enquiries arriving directly through the site instead of phone-only.
