Do I need to know exactly what I want first?

No. Most people arrive with a problem rather than a brief — sales are flat, the brand looks dated, the site does not convert. Turning that into a scope is part of the call.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, and there is no obligation afterwards. If we are not the right fit we will say so on the call rather than send a proposal you do not need.

Who will I be speaking to?

The people who would actually run your project, not an account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet.

What should I bring?

Anything that shows where you are now — your current profile, packaging, site or competitors you admire. Nothing prepared is fine too.

Can we meet in person?

Yes, anywhere in Doha, or by call if that is easier. Whatever suits your schedule.

Which language will we work in?

Arabic or English, whichever you prefer. Both are first languages for the team and all deliverables can be produced in either or both.
