Challenge

Joy Bakery had loyal customers but a visual presence that looked homemade — inconsistent packaging, phone-shot photos and no system for social. Each box was ordered from whichever supplier was cheapest that month, so two boxes from the same counter rarely matched. On delivery apps the bakery sat beside chains with studio photography, and a product people already loved was losing the comparison before anyone tasted it.

Solution

We rebuilt the identity around warmth and craft, designed packaging that gifts well, and shot a full menu library with styled hero images for social and delivery apps. The palette was drawn from the products themselves — butter, caramel, toasted crust — so the brand and the counter agree. Packaging was specified to one printer with fixed stock and sizes, which removed the month-to-month drift. The shoot covered every item on the menu twice: a clean cut-out for delivery listings and a styled scene for social, delivered with a short guide showing which crop belongs where.

Result

A shelf-ready brand with a consistent feed, stronger delivery-app presence and packaging customers photograph on their own.
